What are FruitFam Rewards?
FruitFam Rewards is the exclusive rewards program of That’s it. Earn points to cash in for discounts on future orders!
How do I earn FruitFam Rewards points?
The points you earn are based on your membership tier:
Super Strawberry members earn 10 points for every $1 spent on one-time purchases and 20 points for every $1 spent on subscription purchases.
Mighty Mango members earn 12 points for every $1 spent on one-time purchases and 24 points for every $1 spent on subscription purchases.
Bionic Blueberry members earn 15 points for every $1 spent on one-time purchases and 40 points for every $1 spent on subscription purchases.
You may also earn points for other things like creating an account, following us on social media, posting a review (photos will earn you extra points!) and making multiple purchases.
How many points do I need to earn rewards?
500 points = $5 off
1,000 points = $10 off
1,500 points = $15 off
How do I join FruitFam Rewards?
Create an account to start earning points. You will earn 50 points just for signing up!
How do I redeem my points?
Redeeming your points is easy! You can redeem your points on orders $40+ by either transferring them into a promo code or by selecting the reward at checkout.
To transfer your points to a promo code:
- Log into your account.
- Click on the “Redeem Now” button below your point balance and scroll down to “HOW TO REDEEM YOUR POINTS.” Click on any of the 3 rewards. This will automatically deduct points from your account.
- Copy and paste the reward code and use it at checkout. If you decide to use it later, you can retrieve the code from your account.
Once your points are transferred to a promo code, you can't revert them back to points.
To redeem your points without a promo code:
- Log into your account.
- At checkout, you will see your points balance and a dropdown with your rewards options. Select the reward you want in the dropdown.
- Click "Apply"
How can I apply the rewards I’ve earned toward my next subscription order?
You can apply loyalty rewards to your future subscription orders that are $40+. Rewards can only be applied to upcoming subscription orders by transferring your points into a reward code.
Follow the steps below to add your rewards to a subscription.
First, claim your reward code:
- Log into your account.
- Click on the “Redeem Now” button below your point balance and scroll down to “HOW TO REDEEM YOUR POINTS.” Click on any of the 3 rewards. This will automatically deduct points from your account.
- Copy the reward code
Now, add your reward to your next subscription order
- Go to your account page
- Click “Manage Subscriptions”
- Click “Edit” on the Subscription you’d like to discount
- Click “Apply Discount”
- Paste or Enter the code then click “Add discount”
Why am I getting an error message that my reward code is not valid?
If you’ve already applied another discount code to your order your rewards code will not be valid. We allow only one discount per order.
If I’ve earned enough points for multiple rewards, can I apply them all to one order?
No, only one reward can be redeemed per order so you will need to create two separate orders. Rewards codes are only applicable on orders $40.
How do I check how many points I’ve earned?
Log into your account to track your benefits and redeem the offers you’ve earned!
When do my points expire?
As of March 1, 2024, points will expire 1 year from the date earned. Points that were earned prior to March 1, 2024 will be assigned the expiration date of March 1,2025.
How do I leave a review to earn points?
Once you’ve made a purchase, you will receive an email that will walk you through how to leave a review. Reviews must be submitted through our review request email to be eligible for FruitFam points.
I referred a friend to That’s it. When will I see my referral points?
Once your friend makes a qualifying purchase, you’ll be awarded your points. We will send you an email when that happens.
Is there a limit to the number of points I can redeem?
You may use up to 1,500 points per order.
May I use my points in conjunction with another discount?
No, points may not be redeemed in conjunction with another discount or offer on the same order.
Is it possible to have FruitFam points without setting up an account?
Yes! This occurs when you make a purchase and check out as a guest. To redeem your points, however, you must set up an account.

Where do you ship?
Domestic: That's it.® ships to most US states and territories. Order deliveries may take up to 4-5 business days. Unfortunately at this time we do not ship to Hawaii and Alaska.
Where is my package shipped from?
We use Amazon Fulfillment to ship all packages so your package will originate in one of Amazon's 100+ warehouses nationwide.
Why was my package delayed?
It's not uncommon for unexpected delays to occur due to issues with the USPS. Please contact us if your package has not arrived the expected timeframe.
What are That’s it.® Products certifications (Non-GMO, Vegan, Kosher, etc.)?
All of That's it.® products are Non-GMO Project Verified, OU Kosher certified by the Orthodox Union and bear the OU symbol, Gluten-Free certified, and certified Vegan/100% plant-based.
Our fruit bars are Certified Paleo, and our Dark Chocolate Fruit Truffles are Certified Paleo-Friendly.
Are That's it.® snacks safe for kids?
Yes. That's it.® Fruit Bars are made with whole fruit and no added sugars, making them a better choice for kids than traditional ‘fruit snacks’ that often have added sugars like corn syrup, artificial or natural flavors, juices and concentrates in their ingredient lists. That's it.® snacks do not contain nuts (except for coconut).
Are That's it.® snacks safe for people with food allergies or food sensitivities?
Our products have the “Allergen-safe” circled logo for your knowledge and comfort that you can snack safely. If you are allergy-conscious, you should always consult your doctor before consuming new products.
What diets or nutritional programs work with That's it.® ?
That's it.® has products that align with theguidelines of many different diet programs, including Raw, Vegan, Paleo, Atkins, Diabetic, Low Carb, Mayo Clinic/DASH, Mediterranean, Paleo, South Beach, Weight Watchers, Whole 30, Whole Foods and Zone. Always consult your doctor or physician before starting a new diet program.
Are That's it. snacks gluten free?
Yes. We do not use gluten in any of our products.
