Sure, you could drink a smoothie, but fun toppings are what make a smoothie bowl so irresistible! Here’s a recipe from Julianna Saucier (@juliannasaucier) you’ll want to start making every morning.
 
Smoothie bowl:
  • 3.5 oz frozen dragonfruit 
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1 serving unflavored Codeage collagen
  • 1 serve unflavored protein powder

Toppings:

Directions: 
  1. Combine all smoothie bowl ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Scoop into a bowl and top with desired toppings.Enjoy!
