Baked Oatmeal Recipe with That's it. Fruit Bars

We love this Baked Oatmeal Recipe with That's it. Fruit Bar Recipe by Connie (@constancelyeating). She used That's it. Apple + Blueberries bars to create a homemade sweet treat!

Ingredients:

Oatmeal
  • ¾ That's it. Fruit BarsThat’s it. Fruit Bar (Apple + Blueberry used here)
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 TBSP coconut sugar
  • Vanilla extract to taste
Toppings
  • ¼ That’s it. Fruit Bar
  • Wild Friends Vanilla Peanut Butter
  • Blueberries (fresh or frozen)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Using a food processor or blender, blend oats and ¾ of a That’s it. Fruit Bar. Then place in a ramekin.
  3. Mix in milk, vanilla, and sugar.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes.
  5. Add toppings & ENJOY!!
