Try This Tasty Baked Oatmeal Recipe with That's it. Blueberry + Apple Bars!
We love this Baked Oatmeal Recipe with That's it. Fruit Bar Recipe by Connie (@constancelyeating). She used That's it. Apple + Blueberries bars to create a homemade sweet treat!
Ingredients:
Oatmeal
- ¾ That's it. Fruit BarsThat’s it. Fruit Bar (Apple + Blueberry used here)
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 TBSP coconut sugar
- Vanilla extract to taste
Toppings
- ¼ That’s it. Fruit Bar
- Wild Friends Vanilla Peanut Butter
- Blueberries (fresh or frozen)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Using a food processor or blender, blend oats and ¾ of a That’s it. Fruit Bar. Then place in a ramekin.
- Mix in milk, vanilla, and sugar.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Add toppings & ENJOY!!
