Need to Return or Exchange Your Purchase? It's easy, and FREE!

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from That’s it. you can return your item(s) for a full refund, exchange or store credit within 30-days of receipt (remaining product, minus the individual bar or bites that were trialed must be in the state you received them, and in the original packaging). Merchandise must be returned in either the original box or one close to it. The order will not qualify for a full refund if the appropriate number of items are not present or if they are received damaged.

International Customers: Unfortunately, we are currently unable to provide free returns on international orders at this time.

How To Start Your Return

Guest User: Email us through our contact form (click on the help link in the top right corner) or visit us at thatsitfruit.com/help

  1. Go to the website and click on the help tab in the top right corner. Select the “Customer Service” drop-down option and then Return/Exchange drop-down option.
  2. Complete the form and click submit

    *Once this is complete please allow up to 48 business hours for us to review your request. Once approved, we will email you a shipping label.
  3. Print the label and tape it to your shipping box with clear packing tape. Be sure to cover any old labels with the new one, or just peel them off. A black marker can also be used to cover any existing bar codes.

Returning User with MyAccount: Log in at thatsitfruit.com/login.php. 

  1. Go to the website and click on My Account in the upper right-hand corner.
  2. Log in to your account using your email address and password.
  3. Locate the order you wish to return. On the right side click on the link that says, “Return Items?” (It’s under the order ship status).
  4. Update the quantity field on the right.
  5. Select your return reason for your return
  6. Select the return action: replacement, refund or store credit
  7. You have the option to provide any additional comments or notes for our review
  8. Click the “Submit Return Request” button

Important Reminders

Make sure the merchandise is shipped in the original box (or similar box, must be a tight fit so that the product doesn’t bounce). Remember the products you are shipping back should be in the state you received them. 

You may drop off your return at any USPS post office or drop box. 

It may take 5-7 business days for your return to reach the That’s it. Fulfillment Center. Once it is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt) your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
