It’s true what they say: breakfast is the most important meal of the day! Breakfast should be both nutritious and delicious while also being quick and easy. Chia pudding is a good way to prep your breakfast the night before so in the morning you can grab and go.

In the midst of your hectic morning, here are 3 different ways you can dazzle your chia pudding. Using That’s it. Fruit Bars and Probiotics Bars, these chia puddings are the perfect simple and tasty start to your morning.

Chia Pudding Recipe

Ingredients

3 tbsp chia seeds

1 cup milk or milk alternative (your choice!)

Tip: Add some vanilla for additional flavor if you're using unflavored milk

Instructions

1. Mix your ingredients together in a mason jar or small storage container

2. Seal the lid and allow your ingredients to sit overnight

3. Top and decorate your chia pudding!

Dark Chocolate Cherry
