Couscous and brown rice are outstanding foods for fighting acid reflux. They are also beneficial complex carbohydrates.
Preventing or eliminating acid reflux requires that individuals adjust their diets to include acid-neutral foods that fight acid reflux like bananas, leafy greens and complex carbohydrates, such as rice and oatmeal.
