These are Almond Cookie Bliss Balls by Weichen (@lucky__peach).
1 Tbsp ground chia
1/3 cup oats
3 Tbsp almond butter (or any nut butter of your choice)
Pinch of salt
Some coconut chips and sunflower seeds
- With a food processor (or blender), combine chia and That’s it. fruit bars.
- Transfer That’s it. fruit bars and chia into a bowl. Mix in oats, almond butter, salt, coconut chips, and sunflower seeds.
- Shape mixture into a ball shape.
- (optional) Press lightly with finger and press an almond in.
