4 Easy Game Day Recipes with That's it. Snacks

While the big game is about friends, football, beer and chicken wings, here are some simple tricks to add balance into your game day snacks. Delight your guests and keep them feeling good, even if their team loses. See below for some quick and easy recipes!

Pretzels with Dark Chocolate Covered Fruit


Prep Time: 15 minutes


Place pretzels on a large tray. Unwrap all three bags of truffles and place on cutting board. Cut each truffle in half. Place halves on top of pretzels. We used the Apple + Banana Bites and the Apple + Strawberry Bites. Enjoy!

Game Day Snack Mix


  • 2 That’s it. Apple + Banana bars
  • 3/4 cup almonds
  • 1/2 cup banana chips
  • 1/2 cup dried pineapple, diced
  • 1/2 cup dried mango, diced
  • 1/3 cup raisins
  • 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes

Prep Time: 5 minutes


Measure out all ingredient and place in large bowl, toss together.

That’s it. Veggie Platter with Hummus


  • ½ bag of baby carrots
  • 3 celery stock
  • 1 package of baby tomatoes
  • ½ head of broccoli
  • 1 container of your favorite hummus
  • That’s it. Bars

Prep time: 20 minutes


Use a circular tray or large plate. Take hummus and scoop into a bowl. Place the bowl in the center of the tray. Take ½ the bag of baby carrots and place on tray. Take the celery and wash, dry and cut into smaller pieces, place on tray next to carrots. Take your package of baby tomatoes and rinse with water, dry off and place next to celery. Take the broccoli head and cut ½, then take that ½ and cut into small pieces. Take the small pieces and rinse off with water, dry and place on tray next to baby tomatoes.

Finally, take your favorite That's it. Bars and place on tray.

That’s it. Apple + Pear with Prosciutto and Brie


  • 1 small wheel of your favorite brie
  • 1 package of prosciutto
  • 2 That’s it. Apple + Pear bars

Prep Time: 15 minutes


Unwrap two That’s it. Apple + Pear bars, place on cutting board and cut into 10 small squares, place on small serving platter. Unwrap prosciutto and cut each piece in half on a cutting board. Gently place each piece on top of the small square fruit bar pieces. Unwrap brie and place on cutting board, cut 10 small wedges. One at a time, take brie and a toothpick, place brief on top of prosciutto and fruit bar and place the toothpick through all three ingredients. Repeat on each piece.
